Laracy Gall has extensive experience in acting for both employers and employees. In the course of the last year our solicitors have represented a number of major financial houses and banks in the relocation and appropriation of staff, and have also acted for employees in respect of their employment issues with Morgan Stanley, ABN AMRO, JP Morgan, Citibank, Whitney Group, Philips, HSBC, SCB, Credit Suisse and various other multi-national companies and law firms.

At a non-contentious level, we conduct management training seminars, employment law compliance audits, dispute mechanism reviews and provide worker evaluation guidelines. We also advise on benefits negotiation and structure, providing clients with a complete understanding of the employment remuneration.
